Salon Policies: Please read before booking.
By booking an appointment, you agree to abide by the policies that are in place.
Returning Clients- Please sign into your account to avoid filling out previous forms. Please feel free to reach out if you need help with doing so, or for possible booking accommodations.
Cancellation/Rescheduling- I kindly request that all clients provide at least 24 - 48 hours (depending on service booked- please read FAQ within service) notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a 50% charge of scheduled service(s). Some exceptions may be made for emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, as long as notified in a timely manner, and I will do my best to accommodate.
No Show- If I do not hear from you within 20 minutes of your scheduled appointment time or you fail to cancel in advance, you will be charged 100% of the reserved service(s) price before allowed to book future appointments.
Multiple Cancellations- In cases where a pattern of late cancellations or no-shows occurs, we may require a non-refundable deposit to secure future appointments.
Punctuality- There will be a 15 minute grace period for all clients from when their appointment time slot is scheduled. If you are running behind, please reach out so I can best accommodate you. Some service time slots are shorter than others, depending on service, there may be subject to reschedule so quality is not compromised.
Payment Method- I accept: Apple Pay, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover or Cash.
